How to Make A 1 Savory Stuffed Bell Peppers
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown 1 pound ground beef and 1 medium onion (chopped) until the beef is cooked through and the onion is softened.
- Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in 1 cup frozen corn, 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce, 1 cup cooked long-grain rice, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
