- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare your cookie dough (see recipe below).
- Wrap approximately 1 heaping tablespoon of cookie dough around one Snickers® bar, completely enclosing it and forming a ball.
- Place each cookie ball into a paper baking cup.
- Arrange the filled baking cups 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers have slightly sunk.
- Let the cookie cups cool in the baking cups for 1 minute.
- Carefully remove the cookie cups from the baking sheets and let them cool completely for at least 15 minutes.
- While the cookies cool, prepare your frosting (see recipe below).
- Transfer the frosting to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe frosting onto the top of each cooled cookie cup.
