How to Make Apples Sweet Potatoes With Honey Ginger

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and chop 2 large sweet potatoes into 2cm cubes. Core and chop 2 large apples (such as Honeycrisp or Fuji) into 1.5cm pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes and apples with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
