Ingredients for Artichoke Dip

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • Sour Cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt

How to Make Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Drain one (14 ounce) can of artichoke hearts and coarsely chop them.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, 8 ounces of cream cheese (softened), 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth using an immersion blender or carefully in a regular blender. If using a regular blender, vent the lid slightly to avoid pressure buildup.
  5. Pour the mixture into an oven-safe dish (approximately 8x8 inch).
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly. Alternatively, microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite crackers or toasted bread.

Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor

Small additions can make a big impact! Try a sprinkle of fresh herbs, a dash of your favorite spice blend, or a squeeze of citrus just before serving to really enhance the flavors of your dish.
