- Add 1 pint of cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, until slightly softened.
- Stir in 4 ounces of cream cheese spread, 1/4 cup of milk, and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
- Continue to stir until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce is hot and bubbly, stirring frequently.
- Add 8 ounces of cooked pasta (any shape) to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Crumble the reserved bacon over the pasta and serve immediately.
