How to Make Easy Eggless Sponge Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease and flour a 6-inch round baking tin.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. Add the condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and water to the dry ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes, until the batter is smooth and well combined.
