How to Make Easy Eggless Sponge Cake
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease and flour a 6-inch round baking tin.
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add the condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and water to the dry ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes, until the batter is smooth and well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tin and spread evenly.
