  • 28 ounces canned tomato sauce
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese

How to Make Ground Beef Macaroni Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
  3. While macaroni is cooking, brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain off any excess grease.
