How to Make Ground Beef Macaroni Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
- While macaroni is cooking, brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and heat through.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, the beef mixture, beaten egg, cream of mushroom soup, milk, melted butter, and parsley. Mix well to combine.
