How to Make Ground Turkey Stuffed Sweet Bell Peppers
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine 1 lb ground turkey, 1/2 cup uncooked long-grain rice, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1 tbsp dried oregano, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Mix well.
- Cut 4 large sweet bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
- Lightly oil a 13x9 inch baking dish.
