How to Make Baked Seafood Ravioli
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a 9x13 inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook 1 pound of ravioli in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine 2 cups Alfredo sauce, 8 ounces cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined), 8 ounces crab meat (imitation or real), 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons dry sherry, 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Gently fold in the cooked ravioli, being careful not to break them.
- Carefully pour the ravioli mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
