How to Make Jamie Oliver S Chocolate Brownies

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C/375°F. Grease and line a 20x20cm baking tin with baking parchment.
  2. Melt 200g of dark chocolate and 100g of unsalted butter in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water (double boiler), stirring occasionally until smooth.
