- Cream Cheese
- Unsalted Butter
- Caster Sugar
- Gelatin
- Boiling Water
- 18-24 lattice biscuits (approximately 2 packages)
How to Make Lattice Biscuit Slice
- Line an 8x8 inch baking tin with foil, leaving an overhang on the sides to help lift out the slice.
- Arrange 9-12 lattice biscuits (depending on size) face down in the bottom of the prepared tin.
- In a food processor or with an electric mixer, combine all remaining ingredients until completely smooth.
- Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the layer of lattice biscuits.
- Top with another layer of 9-12 lattice biscuits, arranged face up.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely set.
- Carefully lift the slice from the tin using the foil overhang.
- Cut into squares or strips and serve.
- Store leftover slices in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
