- Garlic Powder
- 6 cups crisp lettuce (Romaine, Iceberg, or mix)
- 4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon

How to Make 55 House Salad
- In a jar or shaker, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, and 1 tablespoon sugar. Shake vigorously until well combined.
- In a large bowl, toss together 6 cups of crisp lettuce (your choice of romaine, iceberg, or a mix!), 4 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon, and 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion.
