How to Make Admired Avocado And Crab Pasta

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta cooks, prepare the salsa: In a medium bowl, gently combine the diced red onion, avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped coriander, lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
