- 250g pasta (linguine, spaghetti, or your favorite shape)

How to Make Admired Avocado And Crab Pasta
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
- While pasta cooks, prepare the salsa: In a medium bowl, gently combine the diced red onion, avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped coriander, lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chili; cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn.
- Add the crab meat to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Add the drained pasta to the pan with the crab mixture. Stir in half of the avocado salsa and a little of the reserved pasta water if needed to create a creamy sauce.
- Divide the pasta between plates or bowls. Spoon the remaining avocado salsa on top and serve immediately.
