How to Make Amazing Bread Stuffing
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Melt 1/2 cup (1 stick) of unsalted butter in a large, deep pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add 1 large onion, chopped, and 2 celery stalks, chopped. Sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add 1 teaspoon of dried sage, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
