  • 150g bacon
  • 400ml milk
  • 50g butter (softened)
  • 50g all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 100g grated cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)

How to Make Amazing Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook 150g bacon until crispy. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then chop into small pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together 50g butter (softened), 50g all-purpose flour, and 4 large eggs until smooth and thick. Do not overmix.
