How to Make Bacon Cheeseburger Dinner
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 pound ground beef and 1/2 cup chopped onion to the skillet. Cook, breaking up the beef with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain off any excess grease.
