How to Make Banana And Walnut Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with margarine or cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas. Add 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup softened margarine. Mix well.
  3. In a separate small bowl, lightly beat 1 large egg with a fork.
  4. Stir the beaten egg and 1/4 cup milk into the banana mixture.
