How to Make Chinese Dragon

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add 2 oz Midori melon liqueur and 1 oz Blue Curacao to the shaker.
  3. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
  4. Gently pour 1/2 oz grenadine into the bottom of a rocks glass.
  5. Slowly add the Midori and Curacao mixture over the back of a spoon to create the layered effect, avoiding disturbing the grenadine.
  6. Carefully add a splash (about 1/4 oz) of club soda, again, using the back of a spoon to prevent mixing.
  7. Garnish with a lime wedge or maraschino cherry (optional).
