How to Make Ground Beef Cabbage Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine 1.5 lbs ground beef, 1 medium onion (chopped), 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce, 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup, 1/2 cup beef broth, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
