How to Make Ham Egg And Cheese Sandwiches
- Gently whisk the eggs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until set but still slightly moist. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Spread the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on one side of 4 bread slices.
