  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, pulse 1 cup of Romano cheese until finely grated.
  3. With the food processor running, add 2 cloves of garlic through the feed tube.
  4. Add 10 ounces of frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry), 14 ounces of canned artichoke hearts (drained and chopped), 8 ounces of cream cheese (softened), and 2 large eggs to the food processor. Process until smooth and well combined.
