How to Make Houston S Spinach And Artichoke Dip
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, pulse 1 cup of Romano cheese until finely grated.
- With the food processor running, add 2 cloves of garlic through the feed tube.
- Add 10 ounces of frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry), 14 ounces of canned artichoke hearts (drained and chopped), 8 ounces of cream cheese (softened), and 2 large eggs to the food processor. Process until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or crusty bread.
