How to Make Toasted Almond Berry Bark
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or wax paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 12 ounces of dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until completely smooth. (Alternatively, melt chocolate in a double boiler).
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking pan.
- Sprinkle evenly with 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds and 1/2 cup dried berries (cranberries, blueberries, cherries, or a mix!).
- Gently tap the pan on the counter several times to distribute the almonds and berries evenly and eliminate air bubbles.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is completely firm.
- Once firm, break the bark into irregular pieces.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Enjoy!
- Makes approximately 1/2 pound of bark.
