How to Make Amish Yumzetti Johnny Marzetti
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook 1 pound of egg noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown 1 pound of ground beef (or turkey) over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add 1 medium onion (chopped), 2 celery stalks (chopped), and 2 cloves garlic (minced) to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes, 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
