  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 4 ripe but firm pears
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Ground Cinnamon

How to Make Apricot Glazed Pears

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup apricot preserves and 2 tablespoons orange juice.
  3. Halve 4 ripe but firm pears lengthwise and carefully remove the core using a melon baller (or small spoon).
