  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs and 1/4 cup milk.
  3. In a separate shallow bowl, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  4. Dredge each pork chop in the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Then, dredge in the flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
