How to Make Kluski Pierogi Casserole
- Cook 1/2 lb bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside, reserving 2 tablespoons of bacon grease.
- Add 1 medium onion, chopped, and 4 cups shredded cabbage to the skillet with bacon grease. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
