- Melt 6 ounces of chopped chocolate in a double boiler or by placing a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water (make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water).

- Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Using a tablespoon, drop small portions of the chocolate mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Allow the crisps to cool and harden at room temperature for at least 15 minutes.
- If they haven't hardened after 15 minutes, refrigerate for 5-10 minutes to set.
