How to Make Homemade Berry Syrup For Pancakes
- Wash, stem, and gently crush 4 cups of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.) in a medium saucepan.
- Heat the berries over medium heat, bringing to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the berries have softened and released their juices.
