How to Make Lolly Cake One Bowl No Cook

  1. Crush 250g of your favorite biscuits into fine crumbs (using a food processor works best!).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crushed biscuits with 1 can (397g) of sweetened condensed milk, 100g of desiccated coconut (reserve some for rolling), 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 50g of melted butter.
  3. Mix thoroughly until a sticky dough forms.
  4. On a sheet of greaseproof paper, shape the mixture into a long roll (approximately 25cm long and 5cm in diameter).
  5. Roll the log in the reserved desiccated coconut until it's completely coated.
  6. Wrap the roll tightly in greaseproof paper and refrigerate for at least 12 hours (or overnight) to allow it to firm up.
  7. Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!
