How to Make Raspberry Heaven
- In a medium saucepan, combine one (3 oz) package raspberry Jell-O, one (3.4 oz) package cook & serve tapioca pudding mix, and one (3.4 oz) package cook & serve vanilla pudding mix.
- Add 3 cups of water to the saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil and begins to bubble.
- Reduce heat to low and continue to simmer for 3 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Pour the mixture into a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely chilled and set.
- Once chilled, gently fold in 8 ounces of Cool Whip (1 container).
- Gently fold in 6 ounces of frozen raspberries (1/2 of a 12 oz package).
