- Melt 1 cup of marshmallows and 2 (1.55 oz) chocolate bars with 1/2 cup of milk in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely to room temperature.
- In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate marshmallow mixture.
- Pour the filling into a prepared graham cracker crumb crust (see note below). Sprinkle with a few reserved crumbs for garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight. Serve chilled or at room temperature for a slightly softer texture.
