- Grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- Prepare your brownie batter: If using a mix, follow package directions. If making from scratch, use your favorite recipe (see recipe notes below).
- Evenly spoon brownie batter into each cup of the prepared mini muffin tin. Place the muffin tin on a baking sheet for stability.
- Bake in the center of the preheated oven for 10-14 minutes, or until the brownies are almost firm to the touch.
- Remove from oven. Immediately press one Mini Rolo candy, small end down, into the center of each brownie bite until it's flush with the surface.
- Transfer the mini muffin tin to a wire rack and let cool completely.
- Once cool, gently loosen the brownie bites with a knife and remove them from the muffin tin.
