Cómo preparar Asparagus Milanese

  1. Snap off the tough ends of the asparagus.
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add asparagus and cook for 4-5 minutes for thicker stalks, or 3-4 minutes for thinner stalks, until crisp-tender.
