- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Combine crumbs with melted butter and sugar; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually beat in sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in Kahlua, vanilla extract, and sour cream.
