  2. Lightly spray a 3-quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In the casserole dish, combine 4 cups cubed raisin bread and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together: 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree, 2 large eggs, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup heavy cream, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
