Como fazer Soy Milk

  4. Combine the soaked soybeans and 8 cups of fresh filtered water in a high-speed blender.

  6. Strain the blended mixture through a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or a fine-mesh sieve lined with several layers of cheesecloth. Squeeze the bag firmly to extract as much soy milk as possible.
  7. Return the strained soy milk to the blender (optional). Add a pinch of salt and sweetener to taste, then blend again briefly to combine.
  8. Pour the soy milk into airtight containers and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Soy milk will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
