- 1 cup chilled pineapple juice
- Grenadine
- Brut Champagne
How to Make Hawaiian Sunrise Mimosa
- Pour 1/8 cup (approximately 2 tablespoons) of chilled pineapple juice into each of 8 champagne flutes.
- Gently top each glass with chilled Champagne or sparkling wine, leaving a small amount of space at the top.
- Carefully spoon 1 tablespoon of grenadine syrup into the bottom of each flute. The grenadine will sink to the bottom creating a beautiful layered effect.
- Garnish each mimosa with a small pineapple cube.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor
Want to unlock deeper, more complex flavors? Try toasting your whole spices before grinding them, or blooming ground spices in a little warm oil to enhance their aroma. Deglazing your pan with a bit of stock, wine, or even water after browning ingredients can capture those tasty caramelized bits, adding richness to your dish.
