How to Make Lime And Lemonade

  1. Combine 4 cups of ice cubes, 1 cup fresh lime juice (about 8 limes), and 1 (12-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate in a blender.
  2. Blend until the ice is finely crushed, creating a slushy consistency.
  3. Pour the lime-lemonade slush into a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  4. While the slush freezes, thinly slice 8 limes. Reserve a few slices for garnish.
  5. Place the remaining lime slices in a large pitcher.
  6. Once frozen, break up the slush into smaller pieces if needed.
  7. Layer the frozen lime-lemonade slush over the sliced limes in the pitcher.
  8. Just before serving, add 2 liters of chilled carbonated lemonade to the pitcher and gently stir.
  9. Garnish each serving with a lime slice and serve immediately.
