- Mashed Bananas
- Frozen Orange Juice
- Frozen Lemonade
- Pineapple Juice

How to Make Banana Smash Punch
- In a large bowl, combine 4 ripe bananas (mashed), 1 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup lime juice.
- Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is well combined.
- Pour the mixture into several small, freezer-safe containers.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- When ready to serve, pour the frozen banana mixture into a large punch bowl.
- Gently pour 2 liters of 7-Up (or lemon-lime soda) over the frozen mixture.
- Stir gently to create a slushy consistency. Add more 7-Up if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Garnish with banana slices, orange wedges, and/or maraschino cherries (optional).
