Zubereitung von Creme Brulee Low Fat

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine low-fat heavy cream, 1/2 cup sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves completely. Do not boil.
