Zubereitung von Easy Pavlova

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and draw a 9-inch circle on it.

  6. Spoon the meringue mixture inside the 9-inch circle on the parchment paper, spreading it outwards from the center to create a slight well in the middle.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and leave the pavlova inside with the door slightly ajar to cool completely (about 2 hours).
  8. Once completely cool, carefully remove the pavlova from the oven and peel away the parchment paper.
  9. In a separate bowl, beat 1 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form. (You can add 2 tablespoons powdered sugar for extra sweetness).
  10. Place the cooled meringue on a serving plate and fill the center with the whipped cream.
  11. Top with your favorite fresh fruit slices, such as kiwi.
