  7. Sprinkle 50g of grated cheddar cheese over each mushroom filling. Dust lightly with a pinch of cayenne pepper or paprika.
  8. Place the tray under a preheated grill until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly (approximately 3-5 minutes).
  9. Serve immediately, optionally with a side salad.
