Cómo preparar Jam Drops
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease three baking sheets.
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, coconut, and sugar.
- Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add the melted butter and milk, mixing until just combined. The dough should be crumbly; add 1-2 tablespoons more milk if needed, but avoid making it too wet.
- Using your hands, shape level tablespoons of the mixture into balls (approximately 1.5 inches in diameter).
- Place the balls about 7cm (2.75 inches) apart on the prepared baking sheets.
