Cómo preparar Overnight Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a clean, grease-free bowl, beat 4 large egg whites until frothy.

  6. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chopped pecans and 1 cup of chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded teaspoons of batter onto greased baking sheets.
  8. Place the baking sheets in the preheated oven. Immediately turn off the oven and leave overnight (at least 8 hours).
  9. Do not open the oven door during the overnight baking process.
  10. Carefully remove cookies from the oven in the morning. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
