  7. Add the cooked potatoes, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh lavender (remove from the sprigs), and 1 teaspoon of salt to the skillet.
  8. Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are very hot and flavors have melded (5-8 minutes).
  9. For extra crispy potatoes, broil for 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
