Comment préparer Plum Tart
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the almond paste between two sheets of parchment paper to an 8-inch diameter circle.
- Carefully unroll the pie crust onto a baking sheet.
- Peel off the top sheet of parchment paper from the almond paste and carefully place it in the center of the pie crust.
- Arrange the sliced plums over the almond paste in a circular pattern, starting from the center and working your way outwards.
- In a small bowl, combine the sugar, nutmeg, and sliced almonds. Sprinkle evenly over the plums.
- Brush the edges of the pie crust with melted butter (optional) for extra browning.
- Fold the edges of the pie dough over the plums, crimping the dough to seal.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 450°F (232°C), then reduce the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the plums are tender.
- Let the tart cool on a wire rack for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm or at room temperature. Delicious served with cinnamon ice cream!
