Como fazer Apple Cinnamon Creme Brulee

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine diced apples, cinnamon, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup water. Cook over medium heat for 7-8 minutes, or until apples are tender but not mushy. Set aside to cool completely.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg yolks and 6 tablespoons of sugar until light and pale yellow.
