Como fazer Jamaican Rum Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and ½ teaspoon salt. Set aside.
