Como fazer Rosemary Roasted Garlic

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut approximately 1cm from the top of each garlic bulb to expose the cloves. Discard the tops.
  3. Place the garlic bulbs in a small oven-proof dish. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Sprinkle generously with 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary leaves.
  4. Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

  7. Remove the garlic from the oven and let stand, covered, for 10 minutes to cool slightly.
