How to Make Rosemary Roasted Garlic
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut approximately 1cm from the top of each garlic bulb to expose the cloves. Discard the tops.
- Place the garlic bulbs in a small oven-proof dish. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Sprinkle generously with 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary leaves.
- Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes, or until the garlic is very soft and easily squeezed.
- Remove the garlic from the oven and let stand, covered, for 10 minutes to cool slightly.
- Squeeze the roasted garlic from the cloves and use as desired. Enjoy!
